Chat Services: Non-refundable for amounts Rs. 500 or below; refunds allowed for higher amounts within 2 days with 10% processing fee
Lectures: Refunds available within 1 day of class with 10% processing fee, subject to approval
Consultancy: Refunds available within 2 days of service delivery with 10% processing fee
Physical Spaces: Refunds available within 1 day of booking with 10% processing fee, subject to approval
All refunds require service provider approval where applicable

Oneconnectify acts as a platform facilitator connecting service providers with users
The platform is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of services provided by third-party vendors
Service providers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations
Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
Pricing and commission structures are subject to change with 30 days notice to active service providers
